When Kristie founded Plum in 2009, she wanted to take her expertise gained in large, high growth companies and deliver the best practices and diligent PM services to her clients. She believes in the outsource model for companies to bring the expertise in when they need it without the overhead. With over two decades of construction and development experience, Kristie has delivered locations in malls, airports, medical facilities and on main street nationally. Kristie is versed in ground up, Tenant Improvements and Tenant Coordination.
Prior to Plum, she worked for Starbucks Coffee Company, Recreational Equipment Inc., and Blockbuster Video. She holds a Master of Business with a concentration in Project Management from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boston College. She is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), a Certified Store Development Professional by ICSC, a LEED Green Associate, Airport Certified Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE), and a certified Women-Owned Business (WBE).
In addition to years working with amazing clients building their businesses, Kristie grew up in a family business – so it’s in her DNA to become a part of your team working to deliver each and every time. When not supporting her clients, you will find Kristie and her family on San Juan Island kayaking, crabbing and enjoying island life.
Favorite Project:
Her favorite projects are often the most challenging: the 3-story Nike remodel in downtown Seattle, the Portland Airport Stumptown kiosk from concept to open in 6-months and the Trufusion Fitness Center at Lincoln Square in Bellevue, WA.
Bucket List: Slow travel the world
Paula Vincent joined Plum Project Services in 2012 and represents Plum on the East Coast and Mid-West. Paula brings a breadth and depth construction management to the Plum team where she combines her expansive experience with technical expertise.
Prior to joining Plum, she worked for Recreational Equipment, Inc, Starbucks Coffee Company and various general contractors. Her over 20-year tenure includes a wide range of projects including hospitality, restaurant, small and large retail, residential and large commercial. As a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, Paula has keen technical capabilities and impresses our clients with her problem solving.
When she is not supporting our clients, Paula is often enjoying beach-life on Cape Cod with her daughter or completing the many home-improvements projects necessitated by an 80-year old home.
Favorite Project:
Working with the team at Amazon to support rapid remodel roll-out 15 stores making our pre-holiday deadline.
Bucket List: Obtain private pilot’s license.
